Closed defect summary
Files loaded in the firmware library of M-EOS Element Manager appear
to be lost after migration from EFCM V9.7.x, but the files were actually
imported to the install directory/data/eos/em/_Raw/firmware
file folder.
Very rarely, with a cascaded FICON configuration, the FICON
Troubleshooting Wizard window does not show all switches or provide
information in the error message box.
After fabrics are discovered, ISLs disappear when a monitor or unmonitor
operation is performed.
In an M-EOS environment, if you select a different paddle (group of ports)
in Line Module view, the Hardware/FRU view does not update to show
the change, and you cannot see the ports on the selected Line module.
After stopping services in the Server Management Console (SMC), the
status bar does not indicate the same service status as the Services tab.
ISL disappears in the Topology when the Seed Switch is changed from
the switch running FOS 6.1 or earlier to a Non Default Logical Switch.
On the HP StorageWorks 8/80 SAN Switch, four logical switches are
allowed. If you have configured four logical switches, and you use the
Logical Switches window to delete a switch and then create a new one,
when you click OK to process the edits, the old logical switch is deleted,
but the new one is not created. An error message appears, indicating
that the maximum number of logical switches are present on the switch.
Internal errors and slow response times occur on the host server during
DCFM installation. Database timeouts are written to the log.
Real-time performance graphs are not displayed for some end-to-end
monitors and the following error message is written to the log Switch
null in fabric has been removed from discovery. Real
time performance data not available.
Selecting Disable VF from the chassis group without discovering the default
switch does not disable the VF; an error message appears.
The Create Meta-SAN View menu option is not available when
right-clicking a backbone fabric.
