Closed defect summary
DCFM displays a message for EGM license for Mi10k
switch in performance port picker.
Symptom—When a user chooses a Mi10k port along
with another switch's port, an EGM license message
appears.
EWS Wrong User Name - Password Combination.
Symptom—DCFM server is trying to login to EWS of
M6140 with the USERID of ROOT. Received events,
"EWS Wrong User Name - Password Combination".
Confusing message when Hex mode is selected on
DCFM.
Drop-down menu items for the SAME object differ
depending on where the user right-clicks the mouse.
Event log repeatedly showed the message "Total
memory usage is greater than the configured
threshold".
Symptom—In the master log, a message indicating
total memory usage greater than the configured
threshold may appear repeatedly.
The server to switch default should be IPv4 instead of
IPv6 when both exist.
Symptom—IPv6 address chosen as the default even
though IPv4 is more prevalent in the installed world.
IPv4 address must be chosen if you need IPv4 access.
Options Memory Allocation SAN size drop-down
menu is not setting the correct mem size.
Symptom—Resetting client memory size using small,
medium, and large in SAN > Options creates the
wrong value.
The previously installed services are not listed when
migrating or installing DCFM 10.0.2.
Symptom—The user is unaware of the services
removed during migration.
New Server IP is not listed in the Server IP
nl
Configuration and Preferred Address drop-down menu.
Symptom—The changed system IP is not reflected in
the Switch Server and Server IP Configuration
drop-down menu.
No auto.inf file created.
Symptom—Need auto.inf file created and included
in the build directory.
Client behavior becomes strange and unresponsive.
Solution
Fixed in DCFM 10.1.0
Workaround—Use only one particular Mi10k switch
at a time for performance monitoring and do not
including ports from another switch.
