Replacing the light bulb
_, Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine.
Loosen the face plate set screw, and remove the face
plate.
For your safety:
_:' The machine is designed to use a 15 WATT
MAXIMUM LIGHT BULB.
_ The light bulb will be HOT. Protect your fingers when
you handle it.

_.) Face plate
To remove:
_, Push and twist to the left.
To put on:
Push and twist to the right.
Attach the face plate, and tighten the face plate set
screw.

Cleaning the feed dog
_: Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine.
Open the looper and side covers.
_, Remove the needles and presser foot.
_' Remove the needle plate screw and needle plate.
{_ Needle plate screw
Push the lint around the feed dog to the front with the
lint brush.
4_ Replace needle plate, presser foot and needles.
Close the looper and side covers.
