6.8 Display Setting

You can configure the settings for displaying the camera / DVR information on the live view
image. You can also set up the sequencing order for the Main / Call monitor.
6.8.1

Monitor OSD

Check the boxes under the Main Monitor / Call Monitor fields will display the selected items
on the live view image.
Main Monitor / Call Monitor
Title: Check the box to display camera titles.
Date/Time: Check the box to display current date/time.
Event Status: Check the box to display event status.
HDD Status: Check the box to display hard drive status.
Playback Date/Time: Check the box to display playback date/time (only for main monitor).
Playback Status: Check the box to display playback status (only for main monitor).
Resolution: Select the suitable screen mode. Selections are: 1920x1080; 1280x1024; 800x600.
Aspect Ratio: Select the aspect ratio which best suits your cameras' resolution. The options
are WD1 (16:9) and D1 (4:3) modes. If using 700 TVL cameras, it is recommended to select
WD1 mode for better recording quality. Please note that if you select the WD1 mode, the
camera resolution options in the Basic Setting will change to 960x480 / 480x240 (NTSC) or
960x576 / 480x288 (PAL). If selecting D1, they will change to 720x480 / 720x240 / 352x240 (NTSC)
or 704x576 / 704x288 / 352x288 (PAL) (Please see 6.2.1 Basic Setting).
