This page describes the two ways
you can operate your washer. One
way is to use the PRESET MEMORY.
This will provide the recommended
fabric care settings for each cycle.
These settings have been preset at
the factory and cannot be changed.
The second way to operate your
washer is to use the CUSTOM
MEMORY. Using CUSTOM MEMORY
lets you change and store the
washer settings that you use most
frequently for each cycle.
PRE-SET MEMORY
To use the PRESET MEMORY
settings:
STEP 1. Select the cycle you want by
pressing one of the pads under
CYCLES.
STEP 2. Press PRESET MEMORY. The
indicator light for PRESET MEMORY
light will glow and the recommended
settings (chart below) will be displayed.
NOTE: Once you select PRESET
MEMORY, any changes made to
the recommended settings will not
be remembered.
STEP 3. Press START. The wash cycle
will begin.
CUSTOM MEMORY
Each time you select a cycle, the
indicator light for CUSTOM MEMORY
will glow and the console will display all
of the adjustments that were made to
the CYCLES and OPTIONS settings
the last time that cycle was started.
• To use these settings, press
START. The wash cycle will begin.
• To change any setting, or to add
options, press the appropriate pad
and press START. The washer will use
the new settings in CUSTOM MEMORY
the next time you use that cycle.
