2. From the Maintenance Web Interface menu, select Miscellaneous > Download Files (see
Figure 12).

3. From the list of download methods, select Files to download from the machine I'm using
to connect to the server.
4. Click Browse to get to the directory on the computer that contains the service pack.
5. Select the service pack and click Download.
You are now ready to install the service pack to the Communication Manager. Refer to
