You can forward your calls to another extension when your extension is busy or you do
not answer the call within a pre-determined time.

1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.
2. Press the FWD/DND button.
• You may dial the feature number (710) instead.
3. Dial 5.
4. Dial the extension number where you wish to forward the call.
• You hear a confirmation tone and then a dial tone.
• The display shows:
<Example>
FWD(B/NA)Extxx
• The FWD/DND indicator light flashes red slowly.
5. Hang up or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.
