Flexifuel can be driven on any 95 octane unleaded petrol, or bioethanol E85, as well as all possible mixtures of these two fuels. The car consumes 30-40% more E85 which has a lower energy
content. The precise difference depends on driving style, ambient temperature and variations in fuel specification amongst other things.
Fuel consumption and emissions of
carbon dioxide
Official fuel consumption figures are based on
a standard driving cycle in accordance with EU
Directive 80/1268/EEC comb. and 92/21/EEC.
Fuel consumption figures may change if the car
is equipped with extra equipment that affects
the car's weight. The manner in which the car
is driven, and other non-technical factors can
also affect fuel consumption.
Consumption is higher and power output lower
for fuel with an octane rating of 91 RON.

General information on fuel
Always avoid inhaling fuel fumes and fuel
splashing in the eyes.
If fuel gets into your eyes, take out contact
lenses if worn and rinse your eyes with
plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and
seek medical attention.
Never swallow fuel. Fuels such as petrol,
bioethanol and mixtures of the two, as well
as diesel, are highly toxic and could cause
permanent injury or be fatal if swallowed.
Seek medical attention immediately if fuel
has been swallowed.
