Squawk update
This section is an update to the PowerMax User Guide – Chapter 7 "User Settings".
A short siren sound (squawk) is usually enabled by keyfob. However, in some PowerMax control panel models,
the squawk can also be enabled using the MCM-140 wireless keypad.
Exit/Entry Beeps Setup
This section is an update to the PowerMax Installer Guide - para. 4.4.10 "Piezo Beeps".
When configuring the warning beeps that will sound or be mute during exit and entry delays, a new option
allows you to mute only the exit delay warning beeps when the system is armed "HOME".
The PowerMax control panel displays this new option as "OFF exit home" (Partition disabled) or as "h" following
the Partition number (Partition enabled). For example, "Def: P1

5. Click the
control panel display reads "PGM: BY SIREN".
6. Select between "disable" and "ON&OFF by siren".
Note: If the "ON&OFF by siren" option is selected, manual PGM
activation is disabled.
