Upgrading the RCC Software
If you already have an older version of the RCC software on the MAS, then follow the
steps below to upgrade to a newer version.
CAUTION!
Do not install the new version of RCC software without stopping the
Apache Tomcat and ccagent (RCC) services. Then remove the existing
version of RCC software from the MAS.
To stop ccagent and Apache Tomcat services
1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel. Then click Administrative tools.
2. Click on Services.
