2. If RCC is already configured and running, after deploying the license using
Network eManager, RCC needs to be restarted.
To restart RCC, use the RCC web GUI by clicking Start > Programs > TOSHIBA
> RCC > Admin, then click RCC Service from the Left pane. The Window shown
below will display. Then click the restart button on the right hand side (above the
configuration title bar, shown below).
