Troubleshooting
The following are some troubleshooting tips:
RCC Service
If the Office Communicator client has the error message "Telephone Integration
error." Check the following:
1. The RCC service may not be configured properly with the correct Strata CIX IP
address and the CSTA Port. Make sure these two are correct and the Strata CIX has
the CTI license.
2. Make sure the Windows' Firewall is turned off on the PC that runs the RCC
service.
3. Make sure the RCC service license is valid.
4. Check the OCS server's Front End Properties by right clicking on the OCS Server
name > Properties > Front End Properties.
