Introducing the SIIG 2S1P Combo-Value
The SIIG 2S1P Combo-Value is a total solution for serial
and parallel device connections. It provides two 16550
UART serial ports which supports data transfer rates up
to 115Kbps and one ECP/EPP parallel port which
supports data transfer rates up to 1.5 MB/sec.

    Hardware Installation General instructions for installing the card are provided below. Since the design of computer cases and motherboards vary, refer to your computer’s reference manual for further information, if needed. Static Electricity Discharge may permanently damage your system. Discharge any static electricity build up in your body by touching your computer case for a few seconds.

    Driver Installation This section provides information on how to install the SIIG 2S1P Combo Value drivers. Please make sure the board is installed before proceeding. Windows 95 At the Update Device Driver Wizard, click Next. Insert the driver CD and click Other Locations.
  • Page 5 Check Specify a location, uncheck the other box, insert the driver CD, type in X:\2S1P\ME, then click Next. (Change X: to match your CD-ROM drive letter) Click Next, then click Finish. Restart Windows to complete the installation. Windows NT 4.0 From the desktop, click Start, then Run.
  • Page 6 Windows XP At the Found New Hardware Wizard, For XP SP1 or earlier: Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced), then click Next. For XP SP2 or later: Select No, not this time, click Next. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced), then click Next.
  • Page 7 Windows Server 2003 At the Found New Hardware Wizard, For Server 2003: Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced), then click Next. For Server 2003 SP1 or later: Select No, not this time, click Next. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced), then click Next.
  • Page 8 Windows Vista ™ At the Found New Hardware window, click Locate and install driver software (recommended), click Continue. When prompted, insert the driver CD and the driver will install automatically. At The software for this device has been successfully installed window, click Close to complete the installation.

Double click Multi-function adapters or NetMos MultiFunction, NetMos PCI... Controller should be listed. Double click Ports (COM & LPT), two NetMos PCI Serial Ports and one NetMos PCI Parallel Port should be listed.

Double click Ports (COM & LPT), two MosChip Serial Ports and one MosChip... Parallel Port should be listed. Windows Vista Right click Computer, click Manage, click Continue then click Device Manger.
