Click Open; the Fax Configuration tab is created in the Lotus Notes workspace as
depicted below:

Double-click on the language in which you want to make the modifications (and click the
Edit button in the dialog window), or click once on it and click Edit.

Browse to find the element that you want to change, click or double-click on it and type
in the new value.
Note: In the case of Multilingual Keywords, do not modify the portion at the left of
the ":"; only the right-hand portion needs to be changed.

Click the Save & Close button to save your changes. Click Close to exit, if you did not
make any modifications. If you did some modifications, answer Yes to save them, or
No to exit without saving.

Execute Steps 1 to 5 as explained in the previous section (6.6) of this chapter (unless
you are performing this procedure as part of the automated installation found in Section
6.2 of this chapter, then start at Step 2 below).

Go to the Fax Domain section, click or double-click on the value and type in the new
domain.

Repeat Step 2 above for all languages being used.

Click the Save & Close button to save your changes. Click Close to exit, if you did not
make any modifications. If you did some modifications, answer Yes to save them, or
No to exit without saving.
