1) Copy the Outlvbs.dll file from a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 or 2003
that is not a Terminal Server.
2) Paste the Outlvbs.dll file in the Microsoft Office folder (e.g., Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11) for Office 2003 of the affected Terminal Server computer.
Note: The PDF viewing component in Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 is only compatible with
Microsoft Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook XP with Service Pack 3. If you are going to
view notifications in PDF format, it is recommended that you install one of these versions
of Outlook. Using it with any older version may cause the latter to crash unexpectedly.
