Your computer does not detect the MR-2
• Is the USB cable connected correctly? (see page 45)
Re‐connect the cable..
Can't release the MR-2 from your computer
• The procedure will depend on the operating system of your com‐
puter. (see page 45)
When you connect the MR-2, you are asked to install software or a
device driver
• Does the MR‐2 support the version of the operating system your
computer is running?(see page 45)

The message dialog box will disappear when you press the Confirmation
button (the center controller button).
Execution messages
Completed.
• The operation has been successfully completed.
Working...
• The operation is being carried out. Please wait until this message
disappears.
Error messages
Can't Delete. SDCARD Protected.
• The project/file could not be deleted. Please disable the memory
card's protect setting.
Can't Execute.
• This operation cannot be performed at this time.
Can't execute Update System. Use USB bus power,
• The USB bus power is not connected. Software update cannot be executed.
Connect the USB bus power, then try again to update the system
software.
Can't Record. SDCARD Protected
• Recording could not be performed. Please disable the memory
card's protect setting.
