Be careflll
when
moving
the
refrigerator
away
from
the
wall.
All types
of floor
coverings
can be
danmged,
particularly
cushioned
coverings
and
those
with
embossed
sm'taces.
Pull
the
refl'igerator
straight
out
and
retm'n
it
to position
by pushing
it straight
in. Moving
the
refrigerator
in a side
direction
may
result
in
damage
to the
floor
covering
or refl'igerator.
When
pushing
the refrigerator
back,
make
sure
you
don't
roll
over
the
power
cord
or icema_ker
supply
line.
Preparing

For long
wlcations
or
absences,
reillove
tood
and
mq)lug
the
refl'igerator.
Clean
the
interior
with
a baking
soda
solution
of one
tablespoon
(l 5 ml)
of baking
soda
to one
quart
(l liter)
of water,

doors
open,
Set the icemaker power switch to the 0 (off)
position
and
shut
off th e water
supply
to
the
refl'igerator.
If the
temperature
can
drop
below
fl'eezing,
have
a qualified
servicer
drain
the
water
supply
system
to prevent
serious
property
damage
due
to flooding.

Secure
all loose items
such as shelves
and
drawers
by taping
them

in place
to prevent
damage.
When
using a hand
track
to move the
refl'igerator,
do not rest the fl'ont
or back
of the refl'igerator
against
the hand
truck.
This could
damage
the reti'igerator.
Handle
only fl'om the sides of the refl'igerator,
Be sure
the refrigerator
stays
in an
upright
position
during
moving.
