3 Vertical streaks in a single color, which are visible
outside the printed area are most likely caused by a
cleaner problem in the print cartridge.
Are streaks magenta, cyan, or yellow?

If the horizontal marks or lines repeat at evenly-spaced intervals, use the

For lines or marks appearing at random intervals, go to step 1.

2 Are the horizontal marks or lines in a single color?
3 Print cartridge(s)—Enter the Diagnostics mode.
Remove one print cartridge at a time, and run a Test
Page to isolate the faulty print cartridge.
Have you isolated the failing print cartridge?
4 Reseat the ITU.
