If the information in this manual is not followed exactly,
a fire or explosion may result causing property
damage, personal injury or loss of life.
-- Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable
vapors and liquids or combustible
materials in the
vicinity of this or any other appliance.
-- WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS
• Do not try to light any appliance.
• Do not touch any electrical switch;
do not use any phone in your building.
• Immediately call your gas supplier from a
neighbor's
phone. Follow the gas supplier's
instructions.
• If you cannot reach your gas supplier,
call the fire department.
-- DO NOT RELY ON SMELL ALONE TO DETECT
LEAKS. DUE TO VARIOUS FACTORS, YOU MAY
NOT BE ABLE TO SMELL FUEL GASES.
• U.L. recognized fuel gas and CO detectors are
recommended
in all applications, and their
installation should be in accordance
with the
manufacturer's
recommendations
and/or local
laws, rules, regulations, or customs.
-- Installation and service must be performed by a
qualified installer, service agency or the gas
supplier.

PLACE ALL
GAS CONTROLS,
CONTROL
SYSTEM
PARTS, ELECTRICAL PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN WET
OR THE FURNACE IF DEEMED NECESSARY.

RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY
OR DEATH.

IN THE EVENT THAT ELECTRICAL, FUEL OR ME-

MANUAL GAS VALVE LOCATED IN THE BURNER COM-
PARTMENT AND ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE FUR-
