Remote Control Unit

If your purchase includes the optional TV Tuner module you will be provided with a remote control unit. You
need to install the consumer infrared driver to enable all the remote control unit functions.
The remote control unit allows to remotely start and shutdown the system, to run Windows Media Center and
navigate the Media Center menus etc. The remote control unit also gives full control over all TV and video func-
tions.

Consumer Infrared Driver Installation

1. Make sure the module is powered on, and then insert the Device Drivers & Utilities + User's Manual
CD-ROM (WinXP) into the CD/DVD drive.
2. Click Optional.
3. Click 4.Install ITE CIR > Yes.
OR
Click Start (menu) > Run... and navigate (Browse...) to
X:\Others\04CIR\setup.exe and click OK.
4. Click Next > Yes > Next.
5. Click Finish > Finish to restart the computer.
