You need to install the software to your
Windows computer before connecting
your camcorder to the computer, The
installation is required only lot the first time.

• Log on as Administrators

Place the supplied CD-ROM in the
disc drive of your computer.
Tile installatiolt screen appears.
• Depending on tile operaling system on the
computer, a message appears notil}iing you
that 'Firsl Step Guide". cunnot be installed
automalicgllly wilh the InstallShield Wiz.rd.
In such a ca_, manually copy "Firsl Step
Guide" to your computer according to the
inessage_s instrllctions.
5 Select the language for the
application to be installed, then
click [Next],
• If the screcn does not appeal, lMlow the
procedure below.
@ Double-click [My Con_puter] (If you are
using Windows XR click [Starll,then [My
Computer].)
@ Double-click [PICTUREPACKAGE]
(Disc drive).*
* Drive names (such as (E:)) may valy
depending on the computer.
