Some TV programs are broadcast with stereo audio or SAP (Second
Audio Program).
1.
Turn on the TV and tune it to the VCR viewing channel (either 3, 4,
or TV's video input).

Insert a tape with safety tab in place.
If your VCR viewing channel is 3 or 4, make sure the VCR
indicator appears in the VCR's display panel. If not, press TV°VCR
on the VCR or ANTENNA on the remote to turn it on.
Press the SPEEDbutton on the remote if you want to override the
preferred Tape Speed setting. The tape speed indicator appears on
the TV screen.

Select the channel or line input to be recorded.

Set the Reception: STEREO/MONO/SAP feature for the type of
audio you want to record. See Other Features section.

Press RECORD to start recording.

Press STOP when you are finished.

ONLY
You can record audio only from another audio source connected to
either the AUDIO IN 1 (R and L/MONO) jacks on the back of the VCR
or the jacks on the front of the VCR.
1.
Press the INPUT button once to record from the back AUDIO IN
jacks. L1 will appear in the VCR's display panel.
Press the INPUT button twice to record from the front AUDIO IN
jacks. L2 will appear in the VCR's display panel.
