Preferences
Memory
• Use the ADJUST up & down buttons to select "Memory."
• Press the ENTER button to add (checked) or remove (un-
checked) the displayed channel from memory.

• Use the ADJUST up & down buttons to select "SQV."
• Press the ENTER button to add (checked) channels to the
SuperQuickView
TM
list or remove (unchecked) channels from
the SuperQuickView list.
You can add channels directly to the SuperQuickView list using the
remote control's SQV button.
• Use the channel controls or number buttons to tune the TV to
the channel you want to add to the list.
• Press and hold the SQV button for a seco:ad; the letters "SQV"
appear, indicating that the channel has been added to
SuperQuickView memory.
Lock
• Use the ADJUST up & down buttons to select "Lock."
• Press the ENTER button to lock (checked) or unlock (un-
checked) the displayed channel.
• To enable channel locks, use the "Parent Lock" menu.

Press the ENTER button. The character ]ist appears.
Use the ADJUST buttons and the ENTER button to select each
letter in the new name. You can use letters (A - Z), symbols
(blank - ! ? +., &), or numbers 10 - 9).

_Important:
When you are finished, press the MENU button to return to
normal TV viewing.
The channel names you set display instead of the call letters
supplied by Extended Data Services (XDS).
