Setting the timer
This special feature allows you to automaticaLy turn the TV on and
tune to a selected channel, at a specific: time, f_r a single day or
range of days. For example, you can set the timer to turn the TV
on every day from Monday through Friday at 3:00 pm.

O Press the MENU button on the
remote control. The main menu

buttons to select "Timer." Press
ENTER.
To turn the timer on, use the
ADJUST up & down buttons to

Use the ADJUST up & down
buttons to select the setting and
ADJUST ].eft & right butl_ons to
navigate the controls.
_Important:
Press the MENU button to return to the normal TV viewing.
After setting the timer, the power light indicator lights in red when
the TV is turned off.
To clear the timer, select "Timer: Off' using the ADJUST buttons.
When the timer turns the TV on, the message ":__ress a key for TV
to stay on" displays. If you do not press a key, the TV automati-
cally turns off. Press a function button (such as the information
button) to keep the TV on and turn the message off.
