Use this setting for foods
which require gentle heat-
ing and for baking breads
and cakes.
Use also when
baking large quantities of
food on more than one
oven rack.

temperature.
After preheat,

the rear element
heats up.
For even heating,
the fan at the
back of the oven circulates
air in
