Transporting
It is besttotransportthe scooterin the normaluprightposition.
Beforetransportinq thescooterdrain thefuel fromthe carburetor as follows:
1.
Drainfuel from carburetor intoan emptycontainerby looseningthe
carburetor drain screw(1). The carburetor drainscrew islocatedat the
bottomof the engine.
2.
Whenthefuel has beendrained,re-tightenthe drainscrew.
Drainingfuel from thecarburetorcouldbe hazardous.
Fuelcouldcatchfire if you do not handle itproperly.
Whendraining fuel from the carburetor, besuretoshuttheengine off.
Do notsmoke, a ndneverdrainor refuelin anareawherethereareopen
flamesor sparks.Donotspillthefuel or youmaycreatea fire hazard.
Dispose of thedrained fuel properly.
CAUTION
Failingto securetheScooterproperlycould behazardous.
Failingto securethevehicleproperlymay resultin an accidentor
damageto thevehicle.
Whentransporting theScooter,tie downthevehiclesecurelywith
straps,rope,or someothersuitablemeans. Useextratie downs
whenyou transportthevehiclein the standingposition.
