Parking
Alwaysleavethe ignitionkey assemblyin the lockpositionwhen parkingthe
vehicleto helppreventtheft.Parkon smoothhardsurfaces,usethe center
standwheneverpossible.
Breaking in
• Following this break-inprocedure ensuresthatyour scooteris
functioning properlyand maximizes enginelife.
• Neverdrivethisvehicleover25mphduringthefirst 250 milesof
operation.Excessivespeedcouldresultin enginefailure.
• Always usefresh 89 octanegasoline.Avoidgasolinethat contains
alcohol,whichcandamagerubbergasketsand engineseals.
• Checkand adjustthe brakes,throttlecable,tire pressure,and
fasteners weeklybeforeriding.This is in additionto the pre-ride
inspection.
