Removal from Crate
1. Remove cardboard carton

    Front Wheel Axle bolt Alignment groove on front fork Speed sensor Alignment tab on 6. Align speed sensor between speed sensor front wheel and front fork. Front wheel 7. Place front wheel spacer between disc spacer brake and fork on axle bolt. Attach front wheel with axle bolt provided.

    Mirrors 14. Insert left and right mirror into hole on handlebar and turn clockwise, secure by tightening nut . Turn Signals 15. Attach left and right turn signals to bracket located on handlebars.
  • Page 8 Horn and Front Fender Green wire Purple wire 16. Connect the purple and green wire to post on horn. NOTE: It does not matter which post either wire is connected to. 17. Attach front fender. Line up tabs of fender with slots on scooter.
  • Page 9 Rear Luggage Carrier Bolt 1 18. Secure rear luggage carrier using hardware provided. NOTE: You will only need to install two of the three bolts as bolt 1 is installed from the factory for shipping purposes.

    Battery Installation Battery located in floorboard under mat. 19. Refer to battery section of owners manual for correct installation and charging of battery. WARNING The following procedure is very dangerous and should be performed with utmost care and attention. Wear protective eyewear, rubber gloves, and have water available should electrolyte come in contact with skin or eyes.

  • Page 12 Battery Installation How to Initially Charge the battery: 1. Connect the red positive (+) cable to the red positive (+) pole of the battery. (see figure 23) 2. Connect the black negative (-) cable to the black negative (-) pole of the battery. (see figure 24) Figure 23 Note: The red positive (+) cable has a larger diameter than the black negative (-) cable.
