service disconnecting meons connot be
locked, securely fosten o prominent worning
device, such os o tog, to the service ponel.

control device.

settings. Boilovers couse smoking ond greosy
spillovers thot moy ignite. Heot oils slowly on
low or medium settings.
B. Alwoys turn hood ON when cooking ot high
heot or when flomb_ing food (i.e. Crepes
Suzette, Cherries Jubilee, Peppercorn Beef
Flomb_).
C. Clean ventilating fons frequently. Greose
should not be allowed to occumulote on
fon or filter.

equipment monufocturer's guidelines ond

ond the Americon Society for Heoting,
Refrigerotion ond Air Conditioning Engineers
(ASHRAE), ond the Iocol code outhorities.
C. When cutting or drilling into woll or ceiling, do
not domoge electricol wiring ond other hidden
utilities.
D. Ducted fons must olwoys be vented to the
outdoors.
