Electrical Connection
Your sander has a precision-buiR electric motor and it should only be
connected to a 120-volt, 60-Hz. power supply (normal household current).
DO NOT operate on direct current (DC). This large voltage drop will cause a
loss of power that will overheat the motor. If your sander does not operate
when plugged into an outlet, check the power supply.

INSTALLING THE SANDPAPER
(See Figs. 2 & 3)
This sander has a cushion that allows you to use: either non-adhesive
sandpaper, pressure-sensitive
sandpaper or adhesive-backed sandpaper.
The non-adhesive

clamps to the platen. Adhesive-backed
sandpaper sticks to the cushion.
NOTE: This sander has dust collection, so we recommend that you use
sandpaper with pre-punched holes that will line up with the holes in the cushion.
