Meaning: Thismessage will appear if the Safety ReversingSensorsare out of
alignment, if they are blockedor if the wiringis disconnected.To clear message from
door control do the following:
• Checkto see that area is clear between the Safety Reversing Sensors.
• Checkto see that the Safety Reversing Sensors are not misaligned.
• Realign receiving eye sensor, clean lens and secure brackets.
• Verify door track is firmly secured to wall and does not move.
• Checkto see that the Safety Reversing Sensors' wires are connected to the motor unit.
• If message has not cleared after the above checks, refer to message#2.
Meaning: Thismessage will appear if the Safety ReversingSensorsare miswired.
To clear the message, do the following:
• Inspect the safety reversing sensor wires for a short (staple in wire), correct wiring
polarity (black/white wires reversed), replace/attachas needed.
• Disconnect all wires from back of motor unit.
• Removesafety reversing sensors from brackets and shorten sensor wires to 1-2 ft.
(30-60 cm) from back of each sensor.
• Reattachsending eye to motor unit using shortened wires. If sending eye indicator light
glows steadily, attach the receiving eye.
• Align sensors, if the indicator lights glow replacethe wires for the sensors. If the sensor
indicator lights do not light, replacethe safety reversing sensors.
Meaning: Thismessage will appear when the *LEARN' b uttonhas been pressed on the
door control Pressingthe *LEARN' b uttonagain will allow the user to program an
additional remote controlto the opener.
Meaning: Thismessage will appear when the *LEARN' b uttonhas been pressed a
secondtime on the door control or anytime on the opener. The opener is ready to
programanother remote controlby simply pressingthe remote controlbutton. Once
the opener has *LEARNED' the remote control, the work/ightwill blink one time.
Meaning: Thismessage will appear when the *LOCK' b uttonhas been pressedand held
for more than one second. Thisfeature will disable the opener from receivingremote
controlsignals. To exit *LOCK' m ode, press and hold the button for more than one
second.
Meaning: Thismessage will appear when the *LANGUAGE' button has been pressed.
Pressing the button will toggle to the nextlanguage.
Meaning: Thismessage will appear when the Motion Sensingbuttonis pressed.
The motion detector will toggle on or off with eachpress of the button.
Meaning: Openeris runningon battery power.
Meaning: Openeris runningon battery power with full charge.
Meaning: Openeris runningon battery power with low charge.
