1. INTRODUCTION
The new Dell graceful shutdown application is called "Dell UPS Local Node Manager"
Dell UPS Local Node Manager:

Provides local computer graceful shutdown
o Acquisition through Dell UPSs USB or RS232 communication ports
o Acquisition through Web/SNMP Cards (Dell Network Management Card H910P )

Can be supervised by Dell Multi‐UPS Management Console.

Can be managed by Dell Multi‐UPS Management Console (mass configuration / mass update)
