Oe Protect
Press the MENUbutton -_ [] (Playback menu) (_107) -_ O,n Protect
Protect selected pictures from accidental deletion.
In tile picture selection screen, choose a picture and set or cancel protection. See
"Selecting Pictures" ([_112) for more information.
Note, however, that formatting the camera's internal memory or the memory card
will permanently erase protected files ([_166).
Protected pictures are recognized by the @_ icon in playback mode ([_1 O,105).
