Pictures are automatically sorted in to categories, such
as portraits, landscapes, and movies. If you choose
Auto sort using the procedure described in "Switching
Between Playback Modes" (1_[_70), the category
selection screen is displayed. Select a category with the
multi selector, and press the _) button to play back
pictures in the selected category.

Pictures taken in _ (ea_ auto) mode ([_ 38) are also sorted to the appropriate categories.
• The following operation is available while the category selection screen is
displayed.
button :Deletes all pictures in the selected category.
• When viewing pictures in full frame playback mode or thumbnail playback
mode, press the MENUbutton to display the menu and then select the _ (auto
sort menu) tab to select a feature from the playback menu ([_ 71 ).
