ConvectionFan
/n a convection oven, a fan circulates hot air
over, under and around the foocL
This circulating hot air is evenly distributed
throughout the oven cavity. As a result, foods
are,evenly cooked and browned--often in less
time with convection heat.
NOTE:The con\'ecfion tim will cycle on
and oft while cooking to best distribute
hot air in the oven.
The convection

the oven door is opened.
1-Rack Convection Baking
The convection tim circulates the heated
air evenlv over and around the tood.
When convectionbaking with only I rack,
use the rack positions recommendedin the Using

Because heated air is circulated evenly
throughout the oven, fi)ods can be
baked with excellent results using
multiple racks.
Multi-rack baking may increase cook dines
slightly fin" some foods, but the overall
result is tilne saved. Cookies, inuflins,
biscuits, and other quick breads give
good results with m ulfi-mck baking.

in the fifth (E) position and one in
