Choose a good, cleared assembly
area and get a friend to help you put
your grill together. Lay cardboard
down to protect grill finish and
assembly area.
CAUTION! Some parts may
contain sharp edges.
Wear protective
gloves if necessary.
Step 1
To attach bottom cart frame to left and
right side cart assemblies, insert four
M6 X 10mm bolts (black) and star
washers (black) through bottom cart
frame into legs. Make sure magnet
receiver is located towards the left cart
assembly. Tighten securely.
Step 2
Attach cart base to left and right side
cart assemblies by inserting four
M6 X 10mm bolts (black) through cart
base and into legs and tighten
securely.
Step 3
Attach locking casters to the bottom of
the legs. Tighten caster bolts securely
using hex nut wrench provide in parts
pack.
Note: With the help of a friend, turn
the cart to its upright position.
Try to minimize stress on legs,
Step 4
Attach back panel to legs using four
M6 X 10mm bolts (black).
