Exporting the address book as a CSV file or vCard File
Select the address book that you want to export in the browse pane.

Click the [File] menu and select [Export] and [CSV File] or [vCard File].
The [Exporting] dialog box appears.
The [vCard File] command appears only when Microsoft Office XP is installed on your computer.
The [vCard File] command can be selected only when you select an individual contact. Only a single contact
can be exported.
Locate the folder where you want to save the CSV file or vCard File, enter the file name

and click [Save].
The Private Address Book is exported as a CSV file or vCard file.
