Function:

Set the following standard units in units of 1/3600 inch:
Relative horizontal position setting units
Absolute horizontal position setting units
Relative vertical position setting units
Absolute vertical position setting units
Page management units

If nL or nH has a value other than the above, then the following (256 x nH + nL)
bytes of data are received, and this command terminates.

If m has a value other than the above, this command is ignored.
