The remaining four least significant bits are the parameter embedded in the command byte
(unsigned).
If the parameter has a value of from 0 to 15, it can be embedded in the command byte.
When the parameter extension bit is 1, parameter bytes follow up to a maximum of 15 bytes.

If the three most significant bits of the command byte are all 1, this indicates the second
group.
*
The command type is indicated by the four least significant bits:
<CLR>:
<CR>:
<EXIT>:
<MOVXBYTE>:
<MOVXDOT>:
*
The fourth bit is the bit for future parameter extension. When this bit is 0, this means that
there are no parameters, while when this bit is 1, this means that there is one subsequent
parameter byte. Further, the MSB of the parameter byte is always the parameter
extension bit, and when this bit is 0 this means that the parameter terminates with this
byte, while when this bit is 1, this means that there is one subsequent parameter byte. By
the parameter extension bit operating in this manner, it is possible to extend the
parameters indefinitely.
