Flash
You can use the flash to take photos in dark places.
Operating modes: 1
_ POINTS TOCHECK
• Select a recording program other than [i_i,'-? F ireworks].
1 Select the flash mode.
[FUNc:] _ [_. Flash] _ Desired Option _ [x]
• The icon of the selected flash mode appears.

Depending on the setting selected and shooting conditions, the flash
will pop up and fire. After using the flash, gently press the pop-up flash
to close it.

[fA Automatic]* The flash fires automatically according to the
brightness of the subject.
[@ Red-Eye Aute] The flash fires automatically according to the
brightness of the subject. The assist lamp lights up to reduce the
red-eye effect.
[_. Flash On] The flash always fires.
[_) Flash Off] The flash does not fire.
