Cannot upload files wirelessly using an Eye-Fi card.

matic].
- Openingthe LCD panelmay help when the wireless connection is not strong enough.
- If certain conditions occur while uploading files, such as the camcorder becoming too hot or
the wireless connection getting too weak, the camcorder may stop the wireless upload (_
appears onscreen).Turn off the camcorder and let it cool down or move to a location with a
stronger wireless signal.
- Contact the card manufacturer'scustomer care.
The wireless communication status icon does not appear
- Youmay have inserted the Eye-Fi card into memory card slot I.'31. I nsert it into memorycard
slot 171.
Connectionswith ExternalDevices
Video noise appears on the TV screen.
- When using the camcorder in a roomwhere a TVis located, keep a distance betweenthe
compact power adapter and the power or antenna cables of the TV.
Playback looks fine on the camcorder but there is no image on the IV screen.
- The video input onthe TVis not set to the video terminal to which you connectedthe cam-
corder. Selectthe correct video input.
There is no sound from the TV.
- When connectingthe camcorder to an HDTVusing the CTC-IO0/SComponentCable, make
sure to connect also the audio connections using the white and red plugs of the STV-250N
StereoVideo Cable.
The camcorder is connected using the optional HTC-IO0HDMI Cable, but there is no picture or
sound from the HDTV.
- Disconnectthe HTC-IO0HDMI Cableand then restore the connection or turn the camcorder
off and then on again.
The camcorder is connected using the optional HTC-IO0 HDMICable, but HDMI-CECdoes not
work (cannot play back using the TV's remote control).
- Disconnectthe HTC-IO0HDMI cable and turn off the camcorder and the TV.After a short
while turn them on againand restorethe connection.
- _ $} [Control for HDMI]is set to [Off]. Set it to [On].
- HDMI-CECis not activated on the connectedTV.Activate this function on the TV.
- Evenwith TVsets compatible with HDMI-CECthe range of functions available differs depend-
ing on the type of TV.Referto the instruction manual of the connectedTV.
