Direction Description
About a 10-microsecond
OUT
pulse. LOW indicates data
has been received and
that the printer is ready to
accept more data.
OUT A HIGH signal indicates
that the printer cannot
receive data. The signal
goes HIGH in the following
cases:
(for each character)
OUT A HIGH signal indicates
that the printer is out of
paper.
OUT Pulled up to +5V through
3.3 K ohm resistance.
During the LOW state, the
paper is automatically
fed one line after printing.
(The signal level can be
fixed using SelecType.)

- Printer's chassis ground,
which is isolated from the
logic ground.
