There are three ways to deskew a raster image. You can define a deskew line by
specifying two points in the image. This line's deviation, from either the horizontal or
vertical axis, determines the skew angle. You can also deskew a raster image by
typing a skew angle in the appropriate editing box. In addition, you can use the
automatic procedure for skew angle calculation to align raster objects. If WiseImage
can calculate the rotation angle, then raster objects are aligned. Otherwise, a
message appears prompting use of the manual deskewing procedure.
This operation can be applied to several images at a time. So, if several raster
images are inserted in the current drawing and they are available (visible, allocated
on unlocked layers), you should select a group of raster images before running this
operation.

To deskew raster objects manually
1. Select an image on the screen and run the operation using one of the following
methods:
Click the Deskew Manual button on the Raster Image toolbar.
From the rImage menu choose Deskew, then Deskew/Manual.
- or-
Start the operation without selecting an image.
Select an image you want to process from the dialog box.
After the image selection the following dialog box is displayed:
2. Type the skew angle value in the Angle box.

Click the angle-measurement button and specify the start and end points of the
line that defines the rotation angle – the deskew line. The measured value is
automatically entered in the Angle box.
The deskew line should be drawn parallel with the required line to be deskewed
either horizontally or vertically.
3. Click OK.
