To trace a hatch
1. Run tracing using one of the following methods:
On the Raster to Vector toolbar click the Trace Hatch button.
-or-
From the rConvert menu select a tracing mode, and then Hatch.
If several available raster images are inserted into a picture, then a selection
dialog box appears.
2. Select an image to be traced with this box.
3. Specify the vertices of the polyline, crossing all raster hatch lines.
Press ENTER or the right mouse button to trace the hatch.
This figure illustrates the original polyline hatch and the result of tracing (right part).
The Produce vector and erase raster tracing mode was applied.

Tracing Outline

This type of tracing creates an outline polygon with a black line and cross-hatched
fill around the specified contiguous area.
To trace an outline
1. Run tracing using one of the following methods:
On the Raster to Vector toolbar click the Trace Outline button.
-or-
From the rConvert menu select a tracing mode, and then Outline.
If several available raster images are inserted into a picture, then a selection
dialog box appears.
2. Select an image to be traced with this box.
3. Specify the area to be outlined.
