WhOle WheaT PIZZa DOUGh

cups water (80°F – 90°F)

1 cup whole wheat flour

1. Measure ingredients into bread pan in the order listed.
2.. insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. plug unit
into wall outlet.
3. Select DOUGh. press the STaRT/STOP button.
4. The complete signal will sound when dough is ready.

place dough on a lightly floured surface.

vegetables. bake in a preheated oven at 42.5ºF for 2.0 minutes or
until edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.
9. repeat with remaining dough.

INGReDIeNTS
1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup water, at room temperature
2. large eggs, at room temperature

1 cup brown rice flour
½ cup potato starch

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. xanthan gum
