Description
Select a label size for the chosen format.
Enter the chemical description.
Enter a common name for the chemical.
Select standard ratings ranging from none to
severe, if applicable
Select specific hazard rating type, if applicable.
Enter the chemical idenfication number and/or
title.
Enter an alternate name for the chemical.
Select a standard OSHA signal word (danger,
warning, caution), if applicable.
Select hazards to health and/or physical body.
Select organs affected. The list includes target
organs for the selected chemical.
Add relevant comments to your label.
Add graphic(s). Graphics are sorted by category.
Enter a statement of the hazard (displays in all
caps on label).
Specify any precautions.
Describe condition that will result from
overexposure.
Provide first aid information.
Designat protective equipment codes and
manufacturers for Color Bar and NFPA labels.
Enter manufacturer of chemical, if known.
Enter temperature that you want printed on the
label.
Enter the date.
