ISDN1 and ISDN 2 (yellow) Show whether an ISDN call is in progress
on ISDN Channel 1 or Channel 2.
VOICE (yellow) Shows the status of the voice connection (521 and
531 only):
WAN (yellow) Shows the state of the WAN link (531 only).
ISDN Utilization (green/yellow) Shows ISDN usage as a percentage
of network loading. If an ISDN loading of 100% is consistently seen,
and faster throughput is required, consider the following:
NTRODUCTION
On – Connected to a remote ISDN unit and incurring call
charges.
Flashing – A call is being made, but has not yet connected.
Off – ISDN channels are not in use.
On – A voice call is in progress.
Flashing – The handset is off the hook and a dial tone is
present, a call is being dialled, a call is ringing out, or a call is
coming in.
Off – The voice channel is not in use.
On – The WAN link is available to pass data.
Flashing – There is a fault on the WAN port.
Off – The WAN link is not configured.
Configure the unit to filter some of the data. See the Software
Reference (on the DocPack CD) for more information.
Installing an additional ISDN or WAN link to cope with the
amount of data being transferred.
