After your appliance is connected to your mains supply for th
fi rst time, the numbers on the timer display will flash. Before
y u can select a cooking function or set a temperature, you o
mu st set the appliance into manual operation mode.

Selecting an oven function

There a r e nine functions available on your appliance:
O VEN LIGHT: Separate light control which allows the light
to be switched on, even when the oven is switched off.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (top and lower element): This
method of cooking provides traditional

FAN AND LOWER ELEMENT: This method of cooking
utilises the bottom element in c
