Amanda calls the pager number, waits four seconds, dials your extension
number, and hangs up. Because she does not know if she has been
successful, she will recall the pager number at half hour intervals until you
pick up your messages or until she has tried to reach you six times.
You can review your notification records at any time. Amanda tells you the
number for the record and the number it calls.
