Bypassing required account codes—If your extension has been
configured to bypass account code validation, you can enter a different
account code in the box at the bottom of the pop-up window or enter # to
bypass the account code altogether.
Optional account codes
To associate a call in progress with an account code:
1. Right-click the call.
2. Choose Account Code.
3. In the Account Code pop-up window, select an account code.
Note: Do not enter an account code while recording; doing so will
disconnect the call.
